Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for the workplace programs offered by Fitgrowback. We have written it to be fair to both our partner companies and our small team of facilitators. Where a separate written agreement exists between us, that agreement will set out the precise refund conditions for your engagement. The terms below apply unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all paid programs purchased through this website or through a written proposal that references this page. It does not apply to free resources, the contents of our Calm at Work Guide, or any third-party services you may purchase separately. Because our programs are services rather than physical goods, the rules below replace any general right of return for goods.

2. Cancellation by you before a program starts

You may cancel an upcoming program at any time before it begins. The amount we are able to refund depends on how much notice we receive.

  • More than 21 days before the start date: we will refund the full amount paid, less a small administrative fee of SEK 500 to cover planning time already spent.
  • Between 8 and 21 days before the start date: we will refund 50 percent of the amount paid.
  • Seven days or less before the start date: we are unable to offer a refund, because the facilitators and venue have already been reserved.

In all of the above cases, we are happy to discuss rescheduling instead of refunding. Rescheduling within six months of the original start date is offered free of charge.

3. Cancellation by you during a program

If you decide to stop a program after it has begun, please write to us as soon as possible. Once sessions have started, we are unable to refund completed sessions. For sessions that have been scheduled but not yet delivered, we will refund 70 percent of their pro-rata value, again to allow for facilitator time already committed.

4. Cancellation or postponement by us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session because of illness, severe weather, or another circumstance outside our control, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling at no extra cost or receiving a full refund for the affected sessions. We will also waive any administrative fees.

5. Rescheduling individual sessions

Individual sessions within a longer program may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice at no cost. Sessions cancelled with less notice will count as delivered, except where the cancellation is caused by something genuinely unavoidable.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the same bank account that was used for the original payment. We aim to process refunds within 14 calendar days of confirming the cancellation. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear.

7. Disputes about refunds

If you disagree with how we have handled a refund request, please write to customer@fitgrowback.world with a clear description of the issue. A senior member of our team will review the case and respond within ten working days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of our Terms of Use.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under Swedish or European Union consumer law. If a particular term of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right, that term will not apply to you to the extent of the conflict.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to engagements entered into after the updated policy has been published on this page. The “last updated” date above shows when the policy was most recently changed.
